We like shiny stuff, especially when it is metal.. I think we share this with a whole heap of you reading this article and I think you will like what we have made to appease our desire to keep the polishable metal parts of our cars looking as fine as possible. Our main reason for looking into making a metal polish was for the magnesium wheels that are fitted to many of our older race/ sports cars. We used to find any polish we used would take a lot of work, for a very average result, then a week later we would be infuriated to see the shine totally gone. Quite simply we find that there is no harder metal to look after than magnesium. With this in mind we set to work on our own custom polish, It was not until about a year later that our chemists, finally came up with what we love to use now. Let me put it out there, after using everything out there, we honestly do not know of a better polish in the world.

LONG LASTING SHINE
It brings up a brilliant, mirror shine in all polishable metals, You don't have to use as much product to get a great result either. It is incredibly easy to use and importantly the shine now lasts months, not days as it did previously. Something we really cherish each time we look at the GT40, Cobra and Brock A9X. This long term shine is due to the unique protective qualities we have built into the formulation, something all other fall very short on. All other metals come up absolutely fantastic as well, especially alloy and stainless steel. The amount of positive feedback we are getting from people with Bikes and Trucks is pretty cool, all loving how easy it is and the longevity of shine.

Recently we upgraded the product formula, so it feels a little bit lighter in the bottle, but still has our unique mix of cleansers and fine abrasives that brings up a shine like nothing else we have ever seen. For an easy clean up afterwards we have made it so it washes off with detergent and water, something you will appreciate if you have used any other products without this feature!
METAL POLISHING CLOTH
The Microfibre Metal Polishing cloths are purpose made to work with the polish making for a quicker job and making sure you get the best possible finish. They have a different texture and grain that was specifically designed for the purpose of using with polishing metals. Like all the other Microfibre cloths they can and will need to be machine washed in hot water with normal laundry suds or even Napi San. Make real sure to wash them separately from everything else as the black residue from the polishing will leech into other garments/ cloths they are washed with!

HOW TO USE
Firstly make sure that the metal surface you are using is suitable for this polish. Do not use it on lacquered metals, fine silver or anodised aluminium. It will remove these coatings from the metal. We find with chrome you just need to wipe it on and off, there is usually no need to buff it in like you do with Alloy, stainless and magnesium metals.
Less is best, dont use too much product or it will not work as well.
For the best results you have to make sure the metal surface is clean and dry. Shake the bottle (Our stuff is really thick so do the best you can!) and apply a small 10-cent dollop to one of the Microfibre Cloths.
Work in small sections at a time.
Do small sections at a time, buff it into the metal surface till the cloth feels smooth to run back and forth over the surface, you can also hear the polish working away as you rub it in, when it stops making that noise, the area is polished and you move onto the next section. Try not to use too much product, as we have found you get way better results when you use a little amount of product. For really bad surfaces, repeat the process to get better effect (If needed) as opposed to slathering it on all at once.
Buff the residue off with a separate, clean cloth for brilliant results.
Remove the residue (It is usually quite black) from the metal with a second, clean, dry Metal Polishing cloth. We have found that you can even use water to clean down the finished metal with the water beading off on the protected metal surface. You will now have a shine like you have never seen before, so smile at yourself in the reflection!

There is an endless list of things you can use our polish on, we seem to find something new every day. Try it in the home on things like the sink and taps but be warned, make sure the missus does not claim the bottle and cloths! Even to things like the old baileys ladders (For those who are that way inclined) as it brings these up to a beautiful mirror finish. Boats, planes, trucks and bikes… basically anything with a polishable metal area will benefit from our polish. Try it out and see why we simply regard it as the best in the world.
