Shannons "Days of THUNDER"(who would have thought "Hollywood Ross" would come up with such a name?!) 2 days of "THUNDAH" is what's looming in late May. The poor old muscle car shootout has gone the way of the Do-Do, but this event promises to be bigger, better, badder and most importantly "Thundery". A clever mix of muscle and sports cars, that promises to see some brilliant stoushes between Shelby's, Vette's, De Tomaso, GT Falcon's, Torana's Porsche's and maybe a MOPAR or two (That would be nice!) We love the concept and will be running our;

Australian Muscle Car(e)
There aren't enough superlatives under the sun to describe how highly we regard this magazine. It amazed us that no-one had put out a magazine dedicated to how great our muscle car heritage is. With the current resurgence of another muscle car war between Holden and Ford, interest in our finest from the 60's and 70's is at an all time high. Just watching all of the other magazines play catch-up with this Chevron publication, is proof enough that they are on a winner. To date AMC has comprehensively covered The Phase 4, Brocky's A9X, Bob Jane's Camaro, Norm's Monaro, Dick's GreensTuff XE, Pete's Superfalcon, Moffat's Mustang (You get the gist...) Mark Oastler, the editor, has the background, passion and most importantly, the knowledge, to do these tricky and potentially flammable topics correctly. By correctly I mean he talks to the manufacturers owners, and racers. Through this interesting process, AMC clears away a lot of the B.S. and we BLOODY love it!
