Oldtimer Australia It should really be called the 'Terry Healy Shop', but that is the name this organisation goes by. Terry and his world wide connections can find you anything. If it has wheels and an internal combustion engine, Terry will find it. Terry is responsible for uncovering a lot of our cars, some of which were thought to be long gone. He and his partner Suzanne always have some very drool-worthy cars for sale on their site. Well worth the look! |

Go and lose yourself amongst this great site for a few hours. Make sure you take quite a few hundred thousand with you, as the shopping can be fierce. The Dutton family are a nice bunch of people who well known amongst the motoring enthusiast fraternity. especially in their home town of Melbourne. When it comes to a touch of class and luxury, this organisation certainly knows their stuff. |
Group C organisation of AustraliaGroup C Touring Cars represent the period 1973 to 1984 and it was during this period the legends of Touring Car racing of today and the recent past forged their reputations . The demise of Group C Touring cars in 1984, marked the end of one of the most significant era's in Australian touring car history: The cars were unmistakably loud in every way, from the noise, to the flared guards, large spoilers and vibrant colour schemes.
The cars racing today are not replica's, they are the actual cars raced during 1973 to1984. With admission of Group C to the 5 th Category (Historic) in 2002 these cars find a place to race and recreate the era when flares were the "in" thing and not only for your jeans. The Group C Touring Car Association represents this diverse group of competitors and is committed to ensuring that the category develops as an integral part of the historic scene.

Noosa Beach Classic Car ClubA really well run club that David has the honor of being the Patron of. It is open to all car enthusiasts and has runs at least once a month. They are also the organiser's of the very popular Noosa Classic Car Show and the Noosa Hill Climb, which is, in my humble opinion, the best drivers sprint made available. Save Lakeside Raceway Lakeside Raceway is where I attended one of my first racemeets and is only 40 minutes away from our head office. It has had all of the great names through it at one stage of its long and illustrious career. As it seems to happen with racetracks, people took the opportunity to buy cheap land near the noisy track and then decided they were sick of it. To cut a long story short, the track has been shut down, but due to its historical significance, it is on a national trust registry, never to be destroyed. So a well organised gang of enthusiasts are on the local councils case. Lakeside Raceway can be resurrected. Follow this link to help this very worthy cause.
